Lynsey Kmetz Profle

Lynsey was born and raised in Greenville, S.C. Lynsey received her undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina’s Moore School of Business, where she majored in Marketing and Management and minored in Southern Studies. Lynsey received her law degree from Florida Coastal in Jacksonville, FL. While in law school, Lynsey served as a judicial intern for the U.S. District Court, District of South Carolina and a legal intern for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Florida. Lynsey also worked as a law clerk for the Greenville County Public Defender’s Office. Following law school, Lynsey served as an Assistant Solicitor in the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit.

Lynsey joined Foster Law Firm as an associate attorney in 2007. She practices in civil litigation involving personal injury, wrongful death, products liability and workers’ compensation, as well as insurance and employee benefits. Lynsey is involved with several professional and civic organizations such as the South Carolina Women Lawyers’ Association, South Carolina Association for Justice, South Carolina Bar Young Lawyers, Greenville Young Lawyers, Junior League of Greenville and First Baptist Greenville. In addition to practicing law, Lynsey enjoys reading, cooking and running.
